3 Week Yoga Retreat
This is a program I LOVE. I haven’t personally followed it start to finish (21 Days), but I’ve really enjoyed incorporating the different yoga routines into my busy weekly schedule of running, teaching fitness & doing other Beachbody Programs. I find these yoga workouts simple, extremely well cued and easy to follow. This yoga is intended to teach you the basics and guide you through the movements so you have the confidence to do yoga at home – and do it well, or take your new found skills and rock a live class!
