This is the latest program from Trainer Tony Horton and it is fantastic! This program was created for the person who is looking to start their health & fitness journey – or who has been on it for a while but is looking for a simple, effective, efficient workout to maintain their results. The program is 90-days long. There are three phases in the program which¬† gradually builds you up to increased intensity. The exercises are each demonstrated really clearly which makes it a great place to start if you’re just getting going or if you’ve been out of the game for a while. The workouts are 6 days per week and approximately 30-45 minutes per day. All you need to complete the program is a band (which comes with the Challenge Pack), though I highly recommend having a few sets of dumbbells for variety and challenge).
