This is the very first Beachbody Program I completed and I still love it! Shawn T’s energy is electric and the workout is a total sweat fest (love it!). While this program is just 25 minutes per day 5-days per week it is NOT easy. There is a modifier, but even the modifier is quite intense. I would recommend this program for the person who has a base level of fitness, is comfortable with some impact and is looking for a QUICK effective workout to get results. One thing I LOVE about this program is it’s portability. There is NO equipment required. I took it on a family road trip when I did it and was able to do the workouts using my kids portable DVD player in hotel rooms, my extended family’s basement and once out in the great outdoors! It’s a fun FAST workout.
