Down Bowen. RIGHT on Buttertubs. Enter Parking lot to LEFT. Exit onto Menzies Ridge. RIGHT on Sarum Rise Way. Follow LEFT. LEFT on Jingle Pot Rd. RIGHT on Wakesiah. RIGHT on Third. At the NIC go through parking lot to back of lot behind building and enter the trail near the back. Exit onto Jinglepot and cross the road to Beringer Blvd. Follow Beringer to the roundabout. LEFT off roundabout ont Poets Trail Dr. RIGHT on Stonewater Drive. LEFT on Sarum Rise Way. LEFT on Menzies. Through Parking lot at Buttertubs. RIGHT on Buttertubs. LEFT on Bowen and return.
Head up Bowen to the E&N. Follow the E&N south to Northfield and cross onto Boundary Ave. Follow to R on Dufferin. Return to FR.
Head down Bowen. Follow Comox. Enter Maffeo Sutton Park and take your first right path towards water. Follow path to the left. Cross Bridge and follow waterfront path to Townsite Marina. Return up Townsite to Bowen. Right on Bowen. Return to FR.
From FR run south on Bowen. RIGHT on E. Wellington. Cross highway. RIGHT on Maxey. LEFT on Durnin. LEFT back on E. Wellington. Cross Bowen to Townsite. LEFT on Boundary. LEFT on Dufferin & return to Bowen.
Bowen to Buttertubs, LEFT on Menzies Ridge, RIGHT on Sarum Rise, follow LEFT and out to Jingle Pot. LEFT onto Jinglepot. RIGHT on Wakesiah, RIGHT on Third to Jinglpot . RIGHT on Jinglepot and enter the Marsh and follow path straight. Complete 1.5 loops and Exit at Menzies and return to FR.
Down Bowen Road. R on Buttertubs Dr. Follow onto Menzies Ridge. R on Sarum Rise Way. Follow out to Jinglepot. L on Jinglepot. R on Wakesiah. R on Third and follow Third past NIC and back to Jinglepot. Repeat the LOOP along Jinglepot, R on Wakesiah, R on Third and back to Jinglepot. L on Bird Sanctuary, first R on Wildlife Place. R on Wordsworth. L on Poets Traiil Dr. R on Stonewater, L on Sarum Rise Way and return to the shop.
From FR head down Bowen. R on Buttertubs. Follow to LEFT onto Menzies Ridge. R on Sarum Rise Way. Follow to Jingle Pot Road. Follow Jingle Pot to Parkway. Cross to Parkway Trail. Parkway Trail to Northfield. Up Northfield. R on Boxwood. Return to Shop.
Start at Boxwood and head to Northfield. LEFT on Northfield. Cross Highway and enter Parkway Trail heading NORTH. When you cross the highway before Mostar (tunnel) turn RIGHT out of the tunnel up to Crystal Brook Way. Turn LEFT on to Joanna Terrace RIGHT on to Jeane Way. LEFT on Goldfinch. RIGHT on Willow Grouse. LEFT on Pheasant. RIGHT on Labieux. RIGHT on Bowen – return to FR.
Head up Bowen to the E&N. Follow the E&N south to the end onto Holly. Take Holly Ave. to Townsite. RIGHT on Townsite back to Bowen via E Wellington. Right on Bowen back to the shop.

Start at Boxwood and head to Northfield. LEFT on Northfield. Cross Highway and enter Parkway Trail heading NORTH. Down Bowen, R on E Wellington. Follow E wellington to Jinglepot. L on Jinglepot. Cross Hwy to continue on Jinglepot. Enter Buttertubs to the RIGHT. Complete 1.5 loops of buttertubs. Exit at Menzies Ridge and return to FR via Buttertubs, L on Bowen.
Start at Boxwood and head to Northfield. LEFT on Northfield. Cross Highway and enter Parkway Trail heading NORTH. 14k Bowen E&N and Parkway route
LEFT on Boxwood and return to FR. Head up Bowen towards the old Island Highway. Enter the E&N and follow towards downtown. Turn RIGHT on Waddington.Turn RIGHT on Townsite and follow Townsite back to Bowen. Cross Bowen onto E Wellington and follow to the Parkway Trail. Run the Parkway up to Northfield. Turn RIGHT on Bowen. RIGHT On Meredith. LEFT on Boxwood and return to FR.
Head Down Bowen. R onto Buttertubs Drive. Enter Marsh and go RIGHT. Exit Marsh at Jinglepot. CROSS road and head UP trail. Follow LEFT along Third. And then head RIGHT by Serauxmen Stadium. Run behind the stadium and hook LEFT onto Fourth St. RIGHT on Wakesiah until it turns LEFT to become Sixth. Head into Colliery Dam Park and follow trail to LEFT. Stay RIGHT on the trail until it comes out at Nanaimo Lakes Rd. Turn LEFT onto Nanaimo Lakes and follow to Mt. Benson Road and turn around.
Head up Bowen to the E&N. Follow the E&N south to the end onto Holly. Take Holly Ave. to Townsite. RIGHT on Townsite back to Bowen via E Wellington. Cross E Wellington. Follow to Parkway. Turn RIGHT onto Parkway Trail. Follow to Northfield. Cross highway and follow. RIGHT on Boxwood back to FR.
15k+ E Wellington and Parkway Loop
Down bowen to E Wellington. RIGHT on E Wellington. RIGHT on Jinglepot. CROSS highway and get onto the Parkway Trail. Follow to Northfield. LEFT onto Northfield (cross highway), RIGHT on Boxwood and return to FR. To finish at 14k walk from about the start of Boxwood.
Head up Bowen to the E&N. Follow the E&N south to the end onto Holly. Take Holly Ave. to Townsite. RIGHT on Townsite back to Bowen via E Wellington. Cross E Wellington. Follow to Parkway. Turn LEFT onto Parkway Trail. Follow to Jinglepot. Follow Jinglepot to enter Buttertubs Marsh on LEFT. Follow LEFT on trail back to Buttertubs and Exit back to bowen. LEFT on Bowen back to shop.

Down bowen to E Wellington. RIGHT on E Wellington. RIGHT on Jinglepot. CROSS highway and follow Mostar to the E&N. Follow E&N to the end and exit onto Holly. Follow to Townsite. Cross townsite down to Bradley. RIGHT on Bradley and then a quick LEFT onto Wall. Follow Wall to enter Bowen Park at Millstream Parkway. Follow path and then trail back up and out of the Park at the soccer fields. Return up Bowen to FR.
