This is the very first experience I had with a Beachbody program and I loved the challenge of it. This program definitely lives up to its name and is not for beginners. It is athletically driven movement done in an interval based format. If you’re just getting started but want a HIIT based program you may want to try T25 or 21 Day Fix to get started before you jump on board with this one!
