As your coach I’m here to help you understand what is blocking you from making progress & help you break through those barriers. This package includes an initial 60-minute coaching session (in person or virtual) and 2 follow up 30-minute sessions (virtual) as well as weekly accountability check ins where we assess progress & re-tune goals for the week.

Fitness Program Design & Accountability
You’re comfortable working out but need a new program to address your personal fitness goals & keep you interested! Weekly accountability check ins ensure you’re staying on track with your workouts.
- Meeting monthly: $132
- Meeting bi-monthly: $164
Weekly In Home Personal Training
Weekly sessions provide you with a customized fitness and ongoing accountability. Homework program is provided to ensure you’re continuing your progress outside of sessions.
- 6-week Package: $390
- 3-month Package: $260/month
Run or Triathlon Training Program
You’ve got an event in mind but most clinics and programs don’t suit your solo-style. Private coaching is a great way to get feedback on your training or to get the support you need around periodization & programming.
