Carli’s WHY

For most of my life I was overweight and had a bad relationship with food. I tried a few different programs with some success but never really found a happy place with that relationship with food and exercise. I lost 65 lbs and felt amazing, I even starting running 5km runs. After a year of being healthy, I got pregnant with my son! Unfortunately I gained more weight then I had hoped for and had to lose the weight all over again. Of coarse becoming a mom to my son was worth every pound! Now I had an even more important reason to get back to that place while being a new, very tired, mama. I heard about the 21 day fix program and decided that 30 minute at home workouts were exactly what I needed. I didn’t realize that the eating plan would totally change my relationship with food. Focusing more on clean eating, while still having balance. After losing more then 40 lbs and 30inches, I decided to become a Beachbody Coach to help other women find their happy healthy place.
