I LOVE a good burger – but I also like to keep it a little leaner and shake up the flavours. This little creation came to me after a day of sweating and working up an appetite!

Here’s what I did:
-2 Lbs of ground turkey
-1 apple peeled & grated
-1 small zucchini, grated
-1 egg
-1t garlic powder & dry mustard
-pink salt & pepper

Mixed & formed into 8 patties.

Grilled to perfection and served on a whole wheat bun garnished with mayo, grainy mustard, lettuce, tomato, avocado & pickle.
