Ok, first off I have nothing against grains. Whole grains are awesome, there just aren’t any in this AWESOME muesli and as such…the name.
1/2 Apple with skin (I used gala)
1 pitted date
Palmful of cranberries
Palmful of almonds (12-ish)
1T sunflower seeds
1T pumpkin seeds
Pulse in the blender to desired consistency. Serve on top of Yogurt. I used plain goat yogurt but plain Greek would also be amazing! Sprinkle with cinnamon!
So. Freaking. Yummy! And satisfying!
