Have you got Christmas Cookie craving-itis? Yeah. It happens this time of year! Want a chewy ginger cookie fix without the refined sugars? They seriously taste like a chewy ginger cookie (no fibbing…Santa’s watching!).

1C pecans
1/2C almonds
1t allspice
1t ground ginger
1t nutmeg
1T cinnamon
2C pitted dates

In your food processor or high powered blender add the nuts and spices. Blend until nuts are finely chopped. Add in dates. Blend until it forms a dough. Roll into balls.

Makes about 24 balls.
