I saw this recipe on the Shakeology blog…and of course I had to try it. Not only do they have 8g of protein per serving, but because I subbed Superbutter (seed butter available at Costco) for almond or cashew butter I made them school friendly (aka nut free). I also upped the pumpkin and pumpkin spice and cut back the honey. And they were AWESOME. Kids also loved them.

  • 3/4C Superbutter
  • 3/4C Pumpkin puree
  • 1/8C honey (you could likely even cut this out completely because both the Superbutter and Shakeology are sweet – Shakeology with stevia)
  • 3/4C rolled oats
  • 3 scoops of Vanilla Shakeology OR Vega ONE Vanilla
  • 3t pumpkin pie spice

Mix it together using a fork until it’s evenly mixed and roll into 24 balls.
