This is a Goerzen family staple through the cold months! Chili is simple, healthy and GREAT when you want a home cooked meal at the end of a busy day (but no time to cook it!). Plus it is a HUGE batch! So you’re cooking a few meals in 1. #winning

  • 2 flats of ground turkey
  • pink salt & pepper to season
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 2 cloves of garlic, minced
  • 4 peppers (mix of yellow, orange & green)
  • 6 stalks of celery, diced
  • 2 cans of diced tomatoes
  • 1 can of tomato paste
  • 1/2C water
  • 2T chili powder
  • 1T cumin
  • 1T oregano
  • 1 can of black beans
  • 1 can of kidney beans

In a non-stick pan fry up the turkey and season with S&P. Put it and all the remaining ingredients into the crock pot and mix. Cook on low for 8 or high for 4. Enjoy come dinner time! I like to serve mine with some avocado & a squeeze of fresh lime juice.

21 Day Fix Portionology:

1 red, 1 green, 1/2 yellow per 2C serving (add 1 blue if topping with avocado)
