Learn to Run Muddy (Women’s Only)

Want to learn to run…but feel uninspired by the road? This is a 12-week progressive walk to run program done exclusively on trails. This clinic will meet at Westwood Lake each week and while we will primarily stay on the main trail, as we progress in our running we will venture into more technical routes (yay!). The goal of this clinic is to introduce you to the trails, help you learn to run in a supportive & fun environment and give you the base to feel comfortable running the trails in and around Westwood Lake or joining one of the awesome trail running clubs in Nanaimo. All levels are welcome! Let’s get MUDDY! Clinic fee includes weekly runs, online support & accountability and a super awesome clinic top!

Pre-requisite: No running experience required! Participants should be comfortable walking at a quick pace for 45 minutes to start.

Clinic fee: $125+GST and includes the Super You Learn to Run e-book and a clinic top!

Thinking about participating  in the inaugural Nanaimo Vancouver Island Trail Running Series Short Course on June 9? Yay! What an AWESOME goal! This Learn to Run Muddy clinic paired with Run Strong on the Trails (Tuesdays at 6:30pm, May 1 РMay 29) would be a great option! For those participating in both I will be providing a detailed program to help you build your Saturday long run distance from where we finish in the Learn to Run Muddy Clinic to the required distance for the short course.

Refund Policy:

Due to the high demand and limited space in all Super You Run Clinics all clinic registrations are non-transferable and non-refundable. Exceptions will be made for medical reasons with a doctors note.
