Winter 2018 Session Details
Running and Yoga are two of my favourite things – so combining them in ONE awesome evening is the pinnacle of my happy place! Join the SuperCrew for a fun social 45-minute run OR walk followed by a blissful 45-minute yoga class designed to stretch your body and soothe your mind!
When & Where: Thursdays, October 11 – December 13 starting at 7pm (yoga begins at 7:45pm) at Frontrunners Nanaimo (1825 Bowen Road).
Please bring: yoga mat and any other yoga accessories you have (blocks, bolster, strap, blanket, etc.). I have a small class set of blocks and straps and am also happy to share.
Fee: Drop In $14 per class | 5x Pass $13 per class | 10x Pass $12 per class

Gillian is a passionate fitness leader with over 18 years of Group Fitness Instruction experience. She leads her classes with high energy, contagious enthusiasm & expertise. As a skilled instructor she is capable of both providing excellent cues to help you execute the movements with accurate form and fine tune with individual corrections without making you feel singled out.
