Hi! I’m Gillian (she/her), and I’m so glad you’re here!
I believe you were designed to thrive. And yet – sometimes life happens, and we need a little help finding our way forward.
I’m a Registered Clinical Counsellor offering compassionate, trauma-informed support for youth and adults. I help people heal their relationship with food, movement, and body image, and navigate life’s transitions with curiosity and care. Through one-to-one counselling, groups, and retreats, I invite you to reconnect with your body, your relationships, and your sense of wholeness—so you can live with greater ease and authenticity.
If you’re in a season of struggle, please hear this: you’ve got this (legit!). And, you don’t have to do this alone. It would be my honour to support you. Together, we will figure out the tools and support you need to bring your vision of thriving to life!
I'm on SUBSTACK!

My writing has mostly moved to Substack,

Stop Demonizing Emotional Eating (it’s your friend, not your foe)
In our Diet Culture-driven relationship with food one of the core messages (beyond you must diet to be "healthy"), is that food and your relationship with it is a moral one. There are good foods and bad foods. There are also good and bad habits around food. Enter,...
