Therapist and Authentic Health Coach Gillian Goerzen

Hi! I’m Gillian (she/her), and I’m so glad you’re here!

I believe you were designed to thrive. And yet – sometimes life happens, and we need a little help finding our way forward.

I’m a Registered Clinical Counsellor offering compassionate, trauma-informed support for youth and adults. I help people heal their relationship with food, movement, and body image, and navigate life’s transitions with curiosity and care. Through one-to-one counselling, groups, and retreats, I invite you to reconnect with your body, your relationships, and your sense of wholeness—so you can live with greater ease and authenticity.

If you’re in a season of struggle, please hear this: you’ve got this (legit!). And, you don’t have to do this alone. It would be my honour to support you. Together, we will figure out the tools and support you need to bring your vision of thriving to life!

I'm on SUBSTACK!

Do you want to recieve a weekly-ish article to support you thriving in your (real) life? Cool. You might really like my Substack! Not familiar with Substack? It’s a FREE platform where you can explore content and engage in conversation! If you’re inspired by what you read you have the option to subscribe for $5 per month ($50 per year) to support my writing. This is totally optional (but very much appreciated)! Do you like to read? You might also enjoy my book (available as audio, e-reader, or old school paper!)

My writing has mostly moved to Substack,
