Want a simple, healthy & hearty breakfast your kids will love?  My kids LOVE pancakes, but they lack protein to keep them chugging. So here’s a fave! This recipe serves 1 but could be doubled/ tripled etc. to serve your crew!

  • 1/2 a mashed banana
  • 1/3C raw oats
  • 1/2C egg whites OR 2 whole eggs
  • Cinnamon – lots of it (yum)

Directions:

Mash the banana then mix in the oats and eggs. Cook in a nonstick pan until firm.
