Choco Peanut Butter YUMS!
makes 24 mini’s
 

PB layer:

2/3C natural PB
1/2C melted coconut oil
2T maple syrup
 
Mix & pour into lined mini muffin tin. Freeze for 10-15min to harden.
 

Chocolate layer:

1/3C melted coconut oil
2T maple syrup
6T cocoa
1/4C natural PB
 
Mix well & layer on top of hardened PB layer. Sprinkle with sea salt if desired & freeze until solid (store frozen)
