This is such a simple & yummy dessert – and it’s so healthy!
Per delicious serving*
1C unsweetened coconut milk
3T chia seed
1/2t vanilla
1t maple syrup
*just on the off chance you might want to make it for one!
Whisk together & let sit in the fridge for at least 45minutes (longer is better).
Serve with frozen raspberries & a sprinkle of toasted coconut or that yummy coconut & seed mix from Costco.
