A classic crumble for those lovely crisp fall evenings. Serves 4

  • 2 pears peeled & chopped
  • 2 apples peeled & chopped (I used one gone crisp & one Macintosh)
  • 1T melted coconut oil
  • 1/2C large flake oats
  • 2T brown sugar
  • 2t cinnamon

In a bake safe dish place the apples & pears and sprinkle with 1t of cinnamon. Mix it up to spread out the cinnamony goodness. In a small dish mix up the oats, coconut oil, brown sugar & remaining 1t cinnamon. Sprinkle over the fruit mixture. Bake at 425F for about 20 minutes. Let sit for 5-10 minutes to cool before serving and serve warm.
