I created this recipe when I was feeling like a burger but want to keep it healthier and needed it to be kid approved. Not only was it delicious….my kids not only approved, they GOBBLED them up!

2 flats of ground turkey (from Costco – SO much cheaper there!)
2 garlic cloves, minced
1/2 red onion, minced
2 zucchini, grated
6T feta cheese, crumbled

Mix ingredients & flatten into 12 burgers. I pan fried them on my nonstick griddle but I think they’d be great BBQd too (not yet tested…if you do let me know!).
