Bring Joy, Move More!

Bring Joy, Move More!

I know, right now isn’t a particularly “joyful” time for a lot of people. I feel it too. This is tough. But here’s what I know, when I find the joy, I’m more inspired to move. And when I’m inspired to move, I feel more joy. It’s a beautiful cyclical relationship.

Recipe Review: Pad Thai (Thug Kitchen)

Recipe Review: Pad Thai (Thug Kitchen)

We love pad thai. I mean, noodles. What’s not to love?! Here’s my go-to recipe. This was a nice shake up and I really enjoyed the tomato paste in the sauce. It added a nice nuance. I also loved the veggie quota in here, plus it was 100% vegan. Delish. Fresh and oh so yummy!

It’s more than enough and for many reasons it may be perfect form of movement right now! But most importantly you’re moving your body – and that’s what counts!”

Pantry + Freezer Ramen

Pantry + Freezer Ramen

I’d been having a Ramen craving for a few days and since I had the noodles (the brown rice ramen from Costco), I figured, I could likely piece together a ramen-inspired bowl. And this was the result. Three out of four Goerzen’s thought it was awesome. One thought it would be better without the noodles (whose kid is this?! Not mine! LOL). Here’s how it came together!
