I created this dressing when I was planning a salad..only to realize my greens were MIA (with my hubby at work). Enter sauteed veggies and YUM!
This dressing is also great on a salad or as a dip for salad rolls (I tested the leftovers for lunch the next day!)
I used 1-2T during cooking to infuse the veggies as they sauteed and then drizzled a bit more over top the sliced grilled chicken & veggies before I sprinkled the sesame seeds. Not only was it delish, it was a hit with the kids (hurray!)
Here’s the recipe:
1/4C avocado oil
1/4C rice wine vinegar
1-2T Sriracha (some like it HOT!)
1T maple syrup
