There is nothing like a good chewy oatmeal cookie with a cup of tea in the evening (at least in my books)…but I also want to make sure I know what I’m putting into my body. Enter this health-i-fied cookie recipe.

Wet ingredients:

  • 2 mashed bananas
  • 1/2 cup of super butter (seed butter)
  • 1/4C coconut oil, soft
  • 1/2C coconut sugar
  • 1T vanilla

Dry ingredients:

  • 2C oats, ground (I used my bullet)
  • 1C unsweetened coconut flakes
  • 1t baking soda
  • 2C rolled oats
  • 1T chia seeds
  • 2T ground flax
  • 1/2C raisins
  • 1/4C mini chocolate chips

Preheat the oven to 400F. Mix the wet ingredients. Add in dry ingredients. Mix well. Portion out into 1T dollops on your baking tray. Bake for 10-12minutes or until they are firm to touch. Let cool. Enjoy!
