This is a nice simple one for the summer! Lovely on it’s own as I’ve shown or in a bun with the usual fixings!
For the turkey patty:
- 1 flat of ground turkey
- 1 grated apple
- 1/2C rolled oats
- 2T red onion minced
- chopped chives & parsley
Grilled on the bbq (clearly). To serve I topped them with a few Apple slices & avocado & goat feta cheese and served them with grilled Zuchini and Yam Fries (recipe below).
Slice up some yams (this pic shows both Japanese yam & conventional). Lay them flat on a baking sheet sprayed with coconut oil, give them another quick spray & bake at 450F for about 15 minutes (flip a few times). You can add S&P if you’d like but they’re delish as is!
