We love a good bowl dinner in our house. And this one was great because I was able to customize each bowl to everyone’s taste-buds! I simply prepped all the various ingredients and then each member of the family prepped their bowl! Easy Peasy!
Here’s the list of ingredients I put out:
- Brown Rice
- Ground Turkey, cooked and seasoned with Chili Powder
- Romaine Lettuce
- Grape Tomatoes, halved
- Bell Peppers, diced
- Red Cabbage, sliced finely
- Simple Pickled Onions
- Avocado, sliced
- Cheddar cheese, grated
- Salsa
- Ranch dressing
On the night we made these we packed them up and took them poolside for swim club and I made a couple extra for lunches for Mike and I the next day! #winning You could easily make a bunch assembly line and call it lunches #done #boom
