I love this simple dressing to add some “tex mex” flair to a salad. It’s great if you’re making a taco salad and want to keep the dressing light and fresh!
Makes 6 servings
- 1/4C of fresh lime juice (approx 2 limes)
- 6T olive oil
- 2t honey
- 1/4t pink salt
- 1t chili powder
Note (Feb 2020): I’ve recently started adding about 1-2T of nutritional yeast to this dressing. It makes it more “creamy” and thick. So lovely!
