This simple overnight oats recipe is perfect for those busy mornings. The grated apple & cinnamon means it’s sweet without all the junky sweeteners in the instant varieties!
Serves 1 (make a bunch and you’re set for the week!)
- 1/3C Rolled Oats
- 3/4C 1% Greek Yogurt
- 1/2 apple, cored, peeled & grated
- 1t natural nut butter (almond or cashew are my faves!)
- cinnamon
Place all ingredients in a small mason jar and mix. In the morning chop up the remaining 1/2 apple and serve with another sprinkle of cinnamon. This is quite “thick” – feel free to thin it out a bit with just a bit of water if you prefer something a bit less thick!
