Want a quick healthy supper your kids will love? Tortilla Pizza!

Preheat your oven to 450F. On a whole grain tortilla spread about 1 generous tablespoon of tomato paste. Sprinkle with garlic powder & basil/ oregano (optional). Layer shredded cheese (this one had vegan cheese), Turkey pepperoni, veggies….get the kids to “decorate” their own (no complaining if they don’t like it!). Bake for 8-10 minutes. Serve up with some raw veggies and voila! Healthy, happy, fed kids in 15 minutes. Who says healthy can’t be fast!?
