There will be diets, detoxes, cleanses, wraps, extreme fitness plans and rules. So many rules. Fat is good, fat is bad. Carbs are good, Carbs are bad….so many options.
But they all have ONE thing in common:
 
They will ALL promise you the results you desire with minimal effort.

Humans don’t form habits that way. We just don’t.
 
And that my friends is the biggest BS of all.
 
The approach we typically take with our health and fitness (you know, rip the bandaid style on January 1st and make ALL the changes ALL at once, hoping and praying that THIS year will be THE year)…it’s setting you up to fail.
