I love Jam but commercial or even traditional jam are both quite high in sugar. This simple raspberry “jam” is a lovely way to get the “feel” of jam for you or your kids without the added sugars!
 
It was inspired by a kitchen accident. I added too much water to the Chia filling for the Peanut Butter & Jelly cups in this month’s Impact Magazine! So, I added more chia, and #superyum
 
Seriously so simple & so healthy!
 
1C frozen raspberries
4T water
1T maple syrup
2T chia seed
 
Combine raspberries, maple syrup & water in a small saucepan. Bring to a bubble, stirring frequently. Remove from heat & add chia. Pour into a glass jar and cool (put in the fridge once it’s not steaming).
 
It was amazing in the PB cups and perfect on my toast with PB #comfortfood
 
It will be also be awesome for kids Wow butter & J sandwiches for school! WAY less sugar than commercial jelly & jam & super easy! #momwin
