This was a simple, quick side for grilled chicken but it would pair beautifully with chicken or pork too! Or have it on its own as a veggie meal on brown rice or quinoa! #yum

Serves 4

4C snap peas

2C chick peas

2t avocado oil

juice of 1 lemon

sprinkle of garlic powder & sea salt

Franks Red Hot (to your desired level of WOW!)

Add the oil to the pan and lightly stir fry the snap peas whole. Add in the chick peas & and then dress with the lemon, garlic & sea salt. Cook until warmed through. Add your Franks & let sit for just a minute on low heat to let the flavours absorb.
